1. Warranty Coverage

Eligible laundry accessories purchased directly from Noavelleo are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty, beginning on the date the order is delivered.

This warranty applies to manufacturing-related faults, including:

  • Production defects or manufacturing faults.

  • Broken, cracked, incomplete, loose, or defective components.

  • Faulty lids, handles, clips, hooks, clasps, fasteners, hinges, wheels, closures, or other functional components under normal use.

  • Material defects that significantly affect the product's appearance, structure, durability, or intended function.

  • Defective containers, baskets, organizers, storage compartments, racks, holders, dispensers, or adjustable components.

  • Manufacturing issues affecting printed details, finishes, coatings, labels, handles, seams, joints, or other design elements.

  • Components that arrive damaged or fail because of a manufacturing defect.

  • Products that arrive with damage caused during the manufacturing or production process.

2. Items Not Covered by the Warranty

The Noavelleo warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or changes resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear caused by regular use.

  • Incorrect assembly, installation, cleaning, storage, or maintenance.

  • Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, rough handling, accidents, or improper use.

  • Using the product for purposes other than its intended function.

  • Damage caused by excessive weight, overloading, or exceeding the product's intended capacity.

  • Damage caused by sharp objects, chemicals, bleach, strong cleaning products, solvents, heat, moisture, or other external factors where the product is not designed to withstand them.

  • Repairs, alterations, modifications, drilling, cutting, or other changes completed after delivery.

  • Incorrect placement, unsuitable surfaces, or improper installation where applicable.

  • Natural differences in texture, colour, finish, dimensions, or appearance between production batches.

  • Loss, theft, deliberate damage, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product's structure, safety, durability, or intended function.

  • Damage caused by prolonged exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow any care, cleaning, assembly, or usage instructions provided with the product.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe that your laundry accessory contains a manufacturing defect, please contact Noavelleo customer support within the applicable 30-day warranty period.

To help us review your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • The name or description of the affected laundry accessory.

  • A clear explanation of the problem.

  • Photographs showing the complete product.

  • Close-up photographs or videos clearly showing the affected area.

  • A photograph of the product label or packaging where reasonably requested.

  • Any additional information reasonably required by our customer support team.

Warranty claims may be delayed if the information, photographs, or videos provided are incomplete, unclear, or do not adequately show the reported issue.

4. Warranty Review and Available Solutions

After reviewing your warranty claim, Noavelleo may offer one of the following solutions depending on the nature of the defect, the available evidence, product availability, and applicable law:

  • A replacement product.

  • A partial refund.

  • A full refund.

  • Store credit for a future purchase.

  • A repair where suitable and reasonably available.

  • A replacement component where appropriate.

  • Another fair and appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

The final solution will be determined after the warranty claim and supporting evidence have been carefully assessed.

Where a replacement is approved but the original product, colour, size, design, or variation is unavailable, Noavelleo may offer an alternative product of similar value, store credit, or a refund.

Any replacement product supplied under this warranty may be subject to the remaining portion of the original warranty period or any additional period required by applicable law.

5. Warranty Assessment Time

Warranty claims are generally reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information, photographs, videos, and supporting details have been received.

More complex cases may require additional review time, particularly where further information, inspection, supplier confirmation, manufacturing verification, or shipping-provider information is required.

Once a decision has been made, Noavelleo will send the outcome and any relevant instructions to the email address associated with your order.

Any refund approved under this warranty will normally be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

6. Warranty Conditions

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and applies exclusively to eligible laundry accessories purchased directly through the official Noavelleo website.

Valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or order number, may be required before a warranty claim can be processed.

The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to products purchased through unauthorised sellers, resale platforms, second-hand sellers, or third-party marketplaces.

Noavelleo may request that the affected product be returned for inspection before approving a replacement, refund, repair, or store credit.

Please do not return a product unless you have first received written return instructions from our customer support team.

Products returned without prior instructions may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Where a return is required because of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Noavelleo may cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law or where agreed by our customer support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this commercial warranty is limited to the solutions described in this policy and does not cover indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

7. Product Care Recommendations

To help preserve the appearance, structure, functionality, and overall condition of your Noavelleo laundry accessories, we recommend following these care practices:

  • Always read and follow any care, cleaning, assembly, and usage instructions provided with the product.

  • Clean laundry accessories regularly using methods appropriate for the specific material.

  • Use mild cleaning products where recommended.

  • Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents unless specifically permitted for the product.

  • Do not use excessive force when opening, closing, assembling, adjusting, or handling components.

  • Do not exceed the recommended weight or capacity of the product.

  • Keep moving parts, hinges, clips, wheels, and adjustable components free from excessive debris where applicable.

  • Allow products to dry properly when they become wet, unless they are specifically designed for continuous moisture exposure.

  • Store accessories in a clean, dry, and suitable environment when not in use.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat, direct sunlight, moisture, or unsuitable environmental conditions where applicable.

  • Do not modify, drill, cut, glue, or otherwise alter the product unless specifically permitted by the product instructions.

  • Handle baskets, containers, organizers, racks, and other structured accessories carefully to help prevent unnecessary damage.

  • Keep products away from sharp objects or surfaces that may scratch, puncture, or otherwise damage them.

8. Inspection and Product Condition

Customers should inspect their laundry accessories promptly after delivery and before regular use.

If a product arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Noavelleo customer support as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, or affected area to help us determine whether the issue occurred during manufacturing, handling, or delivery.

An inspection or documentation requirement does not remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

This 30-day quality assurance warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty provided by Noavelleo.

It does not exclude, restrict, replace, or reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under Italian or European Union law.

Customers may have additional legal remedies where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not in conformity with the purchase agreement.

Mandatory legal protections may continue beyond the 30-day commercial warranty period.

If any provision of this Warranty Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will take priority.

10. Changes to This Warranty Policy

Noavelleo may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business procedures, customer service practices, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page and will become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.

The warranty terms applicable to an eligible purchase will generally be those available when the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
